リクエストされたパケットがエージェントにないため、TCP 再接続を確立できません。（シーケンス=<パケット シーケンス番号>、エージェント=<マシン名>、エラー=<エラー コード>）

Reason:

The Server is unable to negotiate the last successful packet that was received from the agent.The negotiation is performed in response to a disconnection where the agent machine reconnects to the server and attempts to restart from the point of failure.

Action:

1. 切断そのものの原因を調べます。
2. メークアップ ジョブ（ Arcserve Backup を使った自動のメーク アップ ジョブ、または手動のメーク アップ ジョブ）にエージェントを追加し、保護を目的にジョブを戻します。
3. 問題が解決しない場合は、Arcserve サポートにアクセスして、オンラインのテクニカル サポートを得るか、またはサポートの所在地、主な受付時間、電話番号をご確認ください。
