Reason:

When the session is encrypted, the backup server needs to decrypt the data before using it.This decryption error message may result due to any of the following conditions:

• 入力したセッション パスワードが間違っています。
• セッション データが壊れています。

Action:

1. 正しいセッション パスワードを確認します。
2. 問題が解決しない場合は、Arcserve サポートにアクセスして、オンラインのテクニカル サポートを得るか、またはサポートの所在地、主な受付時間、電話番号をご確認ください。
