WORM 対応メディアを消去できません。（メディア =media_name, EC=エラー コード）

Reason:

Arcserve Backup は、現在 WORM でない WORM 対応メディアを消去できませんでした。内部エラーまたはテープ エンジンにより示されたエラーが原因です。

Action:

To resolve this error:

• エラー コードを確認してください。
• Check that the media is not write-protected.
• Check that the media has no media error.エラーがある場合は、オンライン ヘルプのメディア エラーを参照してください。
• デバイス接続の一貫性を確認します。
• Arcserve Backup のインストール パスの \LOG ディレクトリに、以下のログ ファイルがあることを確認します。
  • TAPE.LOG
  • ARCserve.log

    注：The ARCserve.log is not generated automatically.To create the ARCserve.log, you need to run the following script:“ca_log –view Activity.log > ARCserve.log” to dump the contents of the Activity.log into this newly-created ARCserve.log file.
