Reason:

Arcserve Backup は、ファイル システム デバイスでのセッションの SnapLock に失敗しました。このエラーの原因としては、以下が考えられます。

• ファイル システム デバイスが SnapLock 対応ではない。
• 内部エラーが発生した。

Action:

See if the NetApp filer, from which the File System Device is mounted, still has SnapLock enabled for the volume.

Arcserve Backup のインストール パスの \LOG ディレクトリに、以下のログ ファイルがあることを確認します。

• JobQueue.log
• TAPE.LOG
• ARCserve.log

  注：The ARCserve.log is not generated automatically.To create the ARCserve.log, you need to run the following script:“ca_log –view Activity.log > ARCserve.log” to dump the contents of the Activity.log into this newly-created ARCserve.log file.
