ERROR:バックアップに失敗しました

Agent for MySQL

Reason:

Agent for MySQLがバックアップ ジョブを完了できません。このエラーは以下の理由で発生します。

• Arcserve Backup サーバと Agent for MySQL が正しく接続されていません。
• Arcserve Backup サーバからのバックアップ処理に失敗しました。
• 内部エラーが発生しました。

Action:

リモート エージェントを使用している場合は、通信が正常かどうか確認してください。

• MQagentd.log
• TAPE.LOG
• ARCserve.log

  注：The ARCserve.log is not generated automatically.To create the ARCserve.log, you need to run the following script:“ca_log –view Activity.log > ARCserve.log” to dump the contents of the Activity.log into this newly-created ARCserve.log file.
