4.0 Known Issues

The following list provides information about issues known to exist in this release of CA ARCserve Central Reporting.

For Internet Explorer 8 users:

  1. From the Start menu, select Run.
  2. Enter "Regedt32.exe" and click Enter.

    The Registry Editor dialog opens.

    Note: You must be logged in to the computer using the Administrator account or an account with administrative privileges to open Registry Editor.

  3. Open the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Styles.

    Note: If the Styles key is not available, create a key and name it Styles.

  4. Create a DWORD value named "MaxScriptStatements" for the Styles key and set the value to the desired number of script statements.

    Note: If you are uncertain as to what value to set the key to, you can use 0xFFFFFFFF.
