Upgrade Related

• When a fresh UDP 9.0 gateway registered to Cloud Console is not auto-upgraded to UDP 9.1, the agent or RPS deployment fails.
• Symptom
• When the gateway is not auto-upgraded from UDP 9.0 to 9.1, the Deploy Agent action tries to install the update package to the following wrong location on the gateway server, thereby causing the deployment to fail:
• C:\Program Files\Arcserve\Unified Data Protection\Update Manager\EngineUpdates
• Solution
• If the gateway version in the Cloud Console UI shows 9.0, upgrade the gateway manually using the contextual action before deploying the agent or RPS.
