Support
The Support page allows you to select multiple options to contact Arcserve and view Online help for the Console.
On the Support page, do the following:
- Download and install the essential resources. To view and download the essential resources, click View Resources.
- Chat with Sales team to learn how Arcserve can help address your data protection and recovery needs. To chat with Sales team, click Chat with Sales.
- Open a ticket. To open a ticket, click Log Support Case. Someone from Arcserve Support contacts you.
- Contact Arcserve support via phone for assistance. To contact support, click Contact Arcserve Support.
- Review the Arcserve® Cloud Console user guide to learn how to configure your environment. To review, click Explore Documentation.
