View and Manage Cloud Accounts
The Cloud Accounts screen lets you view and manage existing cloud accounts that are already added.
On the Cloud Accounts screen, you can do the following:
- View Details about Cloud Accounts: Allows you to view a list of existing cloud accounts with details such as Site, Cloud Service, Last Refresh, and Policy.
- Manage Cloud Accounts: Allows you to delete, modify, test connection, and refresh a cloud account.
- To manage, from the Action drop-down list, do the following:
- Delete: To delete a cloud account, click Delete. When the confirmation dialog appears, click Yes to delete.
- Note: You cannot delete a cloud account if it is linked to a policy.
- Modify: To modify a cloud account, click Modify. For more information, see Modify a Cloud Account.
- Test Connection: To test connection of a cloud account, click Test Connection.
- Refresh:To refresh a cloud account, click Refresh.
- Note: When you purchase additional Arcserve cloud storage, it may take up to 24 hours to process the new storage purchase and enable the Add Arcserve Cloud Data Store and Add Arcserve Cloud Cyber Resilient Data Store options. To reflect changes immediately, refresh your cloud account. Additionally, to view the Arcserve cloud storage usage on the console dashboard, refresh your cloud account and wait for some time for the cloud storage usage to update.
