Add a Cloud Volume
Note: Only Super Admin, Admin, and Tenant Admin can add destinations.
Important! For trial organization, you can create destination after trial is activated from the Dashboard or Entitlements page.
To add a destination, you must have the data center that acts as server.
This section provides information about how to add a cloud volume as destination.
Follow these steps:
- On the Protect screen, under Destinations, click Arcserve Cloud.
- On the Arcserve Cloud screen, click Add Cloud Volume.
- The Add Cloud Volume dialog appears and displays the account name.
- Type a display name for your cloud volume. Each cloud volume must have a unique name.
- From the Data Center drop-down list, select the required data center.
- From the Retention drop-down list, select the desired duration for retention.
- (Optional) For Comments, type any additional information.
- Click Add Cloud Volume.
- The cloud volume is added successfully and you can view or modify it from the Arcserve Cloud screen.
