Review Prerequisites

For installing UDP Windows Agent on x86 (32-bit) platforms, make sure you have installed the following:

• Windows 8.1 + SP1 + Windows8.1-KB2919442-x86.msu + Windows8.1-KB2919355-x86.msu
• Windows 7 + SP1
• Windows Server 2008 R2 + SP1
• Windows Server 2008 + SP2
• Windows Vista + SP2
