View the Information, Settings, Logs and Jobs of a Data Store
The detailed screen of a data store contains four tabs such as Information, Settings, Logs and Jobs.
On the Data Stores screen, from the list of data stores, click the name of a data store to view the following:
- View Details as Graphs: For better viewing of status details, the Information tab displays graphical view of multiple details such as Backup Destination, Data Destination, Index Destination, Hash Destination, Memory Allocation, Stored Data, Deduplication, Compression and Data Reduction. Hover over the graph to view the details of the graph.
- View Settings Details: The Setting tab displays the information of the available settings such as Compression Type, Encryption Algorithm, Backup Destination and Concurrent Active Sources Limit to. Also, it displays the information of the Deduplication settings such as Data File Path, Index File Path, Hash File Path, Hash Memory Path, Block Size, Hash Memory Size and Hash Mode.
- View Logs: The Logs tab displays a list of existing logs with details such as Severity, Date, Site Name, Source, Generated From, Job Type, Message ID, Message and Destination. You can search for log messages using search filters such as Job Type, Severity, and Date Range. You can also export logs list. To export, on the top-right corner, click the Export button.
- View Jobs: The Jobs tab displays a list of existing jobs with details such as Source, Job Name, Job Type, Status, Policy, Destination, Start Time, End Time, Duration, and Site Name. You can search for jobs using search filters such as Status, Job Type, Date Range, and Protection Policy. You can also view logs for a job. To view, from the Action drop-down list of a job, click View Logs.
