How to Create a Data Transfer Report

This section provides information about creating a data transfer report. After the report is generated, the report is sent as a link to the email ID and the additional recipients, if added.

Note: The Create Report option is not available for Direct Monitor, Direct Recovery, MSP Recovery, MSP Account Recovery, Tenant Monitor, and Tenant Recovery.

Follow these steps:

  1. On the Reports screen, click Data Transfer under Reports.
  2. On the Data Transfer screen, click Create Report.
  3. The Create Data Transfer Report dialog appears.

  4. For Report Name, enter a unique name for your new report.
  5. Select one of the following options:
  6. For Direct Customer Organizations:
  7. For MSP Based Organizations:
  8. (Optional) To share your report with others, enter an email ID of one or more recipients, and then click Add.
  9. Select one of the following options to create report:
  10. If all the fields are entered properly, the Create button is enabled.
  11. Click Create.
  12. A confirmation dialog appears and informs about the successful generation of the report.

The data transfer report created displays on the Data Transfer screen and an email is sent to the logged in user and other recipients (if added).
