User Roles and Access Levels
Arcserve® Cloud Console is accessible to two types of organizations. Direct customer organizations manage using four roles, while MSP-based organizations manage using ten roles. The access level of system varies for every user. Following users can perform tasks on the Arcserve® Cloud Console:
