Downloading the Arcserve Cloud Direct Agent

The Arcserve Cloud Direct backup agent is available from the Arcserve Cloud Console.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Cloud Console using your Arcserve account.
  3. When you click Sign In, the authentication window appears based on the multifactor authentication type that you have selected while registering into the Arcserve portal.
  4. To complete the multifactor authentication process for the authentication type you have selected, follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. The Arcserve Cloud Console UI opens.
  6. Navigate to Support and then click View Resources under Downloads.
  7. On the Downloads page, based on your Operating system, click the Downloads link for the specific Cloud Direct Agent.
  8. The Download link downloads the entire package that includes the Agent and related documents.
  9. Note: You may also individually download the related documents.
