Download Arcserve Cloud Cyber Resilient Storage Files from the Portal

Currently Arcserve Cloud Storage Portal allows users to download one file at a time. After downloading the image files (along with their dependency files such as .bitmap and .md5 files) you can use the general ShadowProtect SPX restore options. See the SPX User guide for instructions.

To download and recover files from the Arcserve Cloud Storage Portal: 

1. Login to the Arcserve Cloud Portal with your credentials.

2. Select the bucket that contains the file you want to download.

3. Click the folder inside the bucket where the file is located, then either scroll through or use the search bar to find the file.
