How to Generate Arcserve License Keys for Arcserve RHA 16.5

Arcserve License Portal allows you to generate the license keys for Arcserve - Continuous Availability, Live Migration, and RHA.

Note: If you have registered already to Arcserve License Portal, then navigate directly to step 9.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Arcserve License Portal.
  2. Click New Registration.

  3. Select the Generate licenses for Arcserve - Continuous Availability, Live Mirgration, RHA or stand-alone UDP agents option.
  5. The Registration form opens.
  6. Enter the required details.

    7. Name

    Specify your name.

    Email Address

    Specify your email address.

    Note: The activation email is sent to this email address.

    Phone Number

    Specify your phone number in the following format:

    Country code - Phone number. For example: 000-11XXXX4455

    Company

    Specify the name of your company.

    Order ID

    Specify your Order ID.

    Note: The Order ID is received through an email when you download Arcserve UDP.

    Fulfillment Number

    Specify the Fulfillment Number.

    Note: The Fulfillment Number is received through an email when you download Arcserve UDP.

  7. Click Register.

    8. After successful registration, a pop-up message appears.

  8. Click OK and verify the activation email sent to your registered email id.

  9. Click the link for activation from the email received to change the password.

  10. Enter the password and click Save.
  11. Log into the Arcserve License Portal with your registered credentials.

    12. The Arcserve License Portal Opens.

  12. Click Generate Keys.

    13. Note: Arcserve RHA appears in the Product Name drop-down list only when you add Arcserve UDP premium plus edition or Arcserve RHA orders in the license portal.

  13. From Product Name, select Arcserve RHA 16.5 and perform the following steps:
    1. From Quantity, select required Quantity of license Key to be generated for selected product.
    2. Click Generate Key.

    License key has been successfully generated with the provided details.

    14. You can use the generated license key to license the Arcserve RHA 16.5.
