Viewing Order History

Order History lets you view the complete history of your license orders.

Order Number

Refers to the Order ID that you received for your order.

Fulfillment Number

Refers to the Fulfillment Number that you received for your order.

Product

Refers to the name of product for which you made the order.

Quantity

Refers to the number of licenses that you ordered for a product.

Order Date

Refers to the date on which you placed the order.

Term in Months

Refers to number of applicable months for the order.

Note: The Term in Months is applicable to maintenance-based orders.

Maintenance Start

Refers to the start date of maintenance.

Maintenance End

Refers to the expiry date of maintenance.
