Subscription and Storage Expiry Behavior in UDP Console
This section describes how Arcserve Cyber Resilient Storage (ACRS), Arcserve Cloud Storage (ACS), and Arcserve Cloud Cyber Resilient Storage (ACCRS) behave under different subscription expiration and storage consumption conditions. It also explains when and how you are notified about these states through console alerts.
ACRS, ACS, and ACCRS enforce gradual restrictions on functionality based on subscription expiration dates and storage consumption thresholds. Before expiration or overconsumption, you receive clear and timely warnings. After the defined grace periods, 31 days after subscription expiry, all recovery operations stop, and the corresponding features are greyed out in the user interface.
Notifications delivered through console alerts guide you through each phase, ensuring that you understand upcoming limitations and have sufficient time to renew subscriptions, add capacity, or take corrective action before functionality is fully restricted.
