How do I Change or Reset my OneSystem Password?

Password Policy

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain both upper and lower case letters. They must contain at least one number and one special character. The same character cannot be repeated more than twice in a row.

To change my Password

1. Select change password under the email address of the user in the upper right corner of OneSystem.
2. Enter the old password.
3. Enter the new password.
4. Click change password.

To reset my Password

1. In the login screen, select ’Forgot Password’.
2. Enter a valid email address for password reset instructions.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Click on the link in the email to create a new password.
