根据您想在 Control Service 自身上执行的过程类型，您需要安装一个 Control Service 或两个 Control Service：
对于标准 CA ARCserve RHA Replication 和 HA 操作，您只需安装一个 Control Service。 此 Control Service 将用作所有 CA ARCserve RHA 操作的单一控制点。 如果要复制 Control Service 数据，而不在两个 Control Service 间执行切换，您也可以仅安装一个 Control Service。
注意：要复制 Control Service 数据，您需要在所有 CA ARCserve RHA 组件完成安装后，使用管理器创建 Replication Control Service 方案。
如果要复制 Control Service 数据，并在原始 Control Service 与备用 Control Service 之间进行切换，您需要安装两个 Control Service。 在所安装的两个 Control Service 中，一个用作活动 Control Service，另一个用作备用 Control Service。 如果要安装两个 Control Service，您需要重复安装过程两次，因为您一次只能安装一个 Control Service。

要在 Control Service 上应用高可用性解决方案，您需要在所有 CA ARCserve RHA 组件完成安装后，使用管理器创建 HA Control Service 方案。
您不需要高可用性许可即可在 Control Service 上应用高可用性解决方案。 不过，您需要先注册 CA ARCserve RHA，才能创建 Control Service 方案。
