Provisioning Arcserve SaaS Backup in the MSP Portal

The MSP portal gives you the ability to manage various aspects of your Arcserve SaaS Backup system. In includes the ability to set up automated billing, it allows you to connect with PSA Sync tools, as an MSP you can create your own account and create, manage, and monitor account status for sub accounts and your list of customers. You will also be able to (acting as an MSP) be able to provision end user accounts. You will also be able to see account information for each data center you select.

Note:

• There will be some changes in billing.
• MSPs can set limits on sub-accounts and be able to the global status of end user accounts but will not have the ability to go into individual accounts.
