Known Issues
- A new install of the ShadowControl appliance may result in a 500 error when opening the VM Deployment dialog. Contact Arcserve Support for a workaround.
- On rare occasions a reboot after a reinstall of the endpoint agent may result in the deletion of the endpoint agent.
- A recent patch to postgres SQL may restart postgres which can result in ShadowControl to stop processing endpoint info.
- Uploading a new SSL certificate on rare occasions may affect access to the ShadowControl console.
- An endpoint agent on rare occasions may lose communication with ImageManager.
