Installation Details

To install the ShadowControl EndPoint Agent on an EndPoint and subscribe the EndPoint to your ShadowControl appliance, use one of the following options:

• Install the EndPoint Agent automatically as part of a Push Install.
• Install the EndPoint Agent manually with one of the following options:
• For Windows and Linux systems
• In ShadowControl click Configure ShadowControl > Appliance Settings > EndPoint Installation.
• From the Login page or Dashboard, click EndPoint Installation Instructions.
• For Windows Systems
• Get the ISO or MSI installation files from the Arcserve Software Downloads page.

Note: The EndPoint Agent can monitor systems without having ShadowProtect, SPX or ImageManager installed, but only basic details for those EndPoints are provided.
