Request Trial

This section provides information about how to initiate a trial for the following features:

• Add Arcserve Cyber Resilient Data Store
• Add Arcserve Cloud Data Store
• Add Arcserve Cloud Cyber Resilient Data Store

This trial allows you to evaluate the capabilities of these features before committing to a full subscription.

Follow these steps:

1. Log into the UDP Console, and click the resources tab.
2. From the left pane, under Destinations, click Recovery Point Servers.
3. To request a trial, right-click a specific recovery point server, and then click Try It for the required feature.
4. The trial registration page opens in a new window. This page contains a form that you need to fill out with your information.
4. Fill out the following details accurately:
• Select Business Type: Select the business type from the drop-down list.
• Company: Type the full legal name of your company or organization.
• First Name: Type your first name.
• Last Name: Type your last name.
• Business Email: Provide a valid professional email address associated with your organization. This email will be used for communication regarding the trial, including activation instructions and support information.
• Phone: Enter your phone number including the country code.
• Select Country: Select your country from the drop-down list.
• State/Province: Select the state or province where your company is located.
5. Read the Arcserve UDP Trial Terms and Conditions, Arcserve Privacy Policy, and Arcserve End User License Agreement, and then select the check box.
6. Click the Submit button.
7. Arcserve will reach out to you through emails after evaluating your request.
8. You can now successfully start your trial and explore its features and benefits for your data protection needs.
