Unable to Connect to the Disks of Virtual Machine for Backup

Symptom:

Activity log includes the following error message:

Unable to connect to the disks of virtual machine for backup.

Solution:

This issue occurs if you attach or detach the disks from proxy machine while backup jobs are running. If you attached or detached the disks while the backup job is running, rerun the backup job.

For more information verify the HBBU-AHV-*.log and NutanixManager.log files that are available under the path C:\Program Files\Arcserve\Unified Data Protection\Engine\Logs on the proxy node.
