Backward Compatibility Support Policy

We recommend upgrading all components to Arcserve UDP 9.0 in the complete environment so that new features in Arcserve UDP 9.0 can be explored. The existing backup plans are not impacted if the upgrade does not complete for all the components at the same time.

Backward Compatibility supports Arcserve UDP version 8.0, 8.1, 7.0, 7.0 Update 1, and 7.0 Update 2.
