• When a private channel gets deleted due to some reason from the Teams application, you can restore the entire private channel to its original location. After performing the restore, the private channel does not get listed in the Teams application, but the SharePoint site associated with that private channel gets restored.
• Note: As a workaround, delete the corresponding team completely, and then restore.
• During Exchange Online restore, the TeamsMessagesData and Yammer folders are skipped and cannot be restored to original location as they are located under a root folder.
