- Using Windows 10 Edge web browser, unable to log into Windows or Linux Agents from the Console by clicking on Restore or Login Agent. Use another browser to login.
- Arcserve License Portal does not support Windows 10 Edge web browser.
- If you are using Firefox browser to access Arcserve UDP UI, sometimes Firefox fills incorrect data in text fields on Arcserve UDP UI.

- The download of file or folder from backup session fails.
- Symptom
- If you are using Internet Explorer 9 (IE9), the download of file or folder from backup session fails.
- Solution
- As a workaround, you need to modify the Advanced tab in Internet Options or the registry value in Registry Editor for IE9.

- In Windows 10 Edge web browser, the restore Console for Linux or Windows nodes fails to launch when https protocol is used.
- As a workaround, follow these steps:
- Log into the Console using IE browser.
- Click Login to Agent or Restore to launch the Agent GUI.
- Click the Certificate error beside the URL.
- The Untrusted Certificate dialog opens.
- From Untrusted Certificate pop-up message, click View Certificates.
- The Certificate dialog opens.
- In Certificate dialog, click Install Certificate.
- The Certificate Import Wizard dialog opens.
- In Certificate Import Wizard dialog, click Next.
- The Certificate Store details window opens.
- In Certificate Store, select Place all certificates in the following here and click Browse.
- You need to browse and select the Certificate Store details.
- Select the Certificate Store as Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click OK.
- Click Next to finish Certificate Import Wizard.
- Click Finish.
- Open the Edge browser and try again.
- When using login console from an IE browser, the following error appears: SAML 2.0-based single sign-on
- Symptom
- After logging out using the Integrated Windows Authentication credentials, when you attempt to log into the UDP Console using a local account, the following error appears:

- As a workaround, reopen UDP Console.
