Product Activation

When updating to Arcserve UDP 9.2, if Arcserve UDP and Arcserve Backup are on the same machine, then you must have Arcserve Backup 19.0 installed on the machine for proper activation. You are allowed to install Arcserve UDP 9.2 and Arcserve Backup 19.0 in any order of your choice.

To upgrade existing activated licenses, refer to How to Upgrade License of Arcserve UDP .

License SDK is installed with Arcserve Backup installation. The latest SDK version available is 2.2.0.53. To manually install/uninstall, refer How to Install and Uninstall License SDK.
