Windows Small Business Server 2003 Premium Edition 也會安裝 Microsoft SQL 2000 Server (Service Pack 3)，並用它來取代 Microsoft Desktop Engine (MSDE)。 如果您安裝的是 Premium Edition，也必須安裝 CA ARCserve Backup Agent for Microsoft SQL Server。
