When a tape volume is first inserted into the library, either manually or automatically at the convenience I/O station, the tape volume is assigned to the insert category FF00. When tape volumes are imported into the Arcserve Backup server, the tape volumes move from the insert category FF00 to the Arcserve Backup category F00F.
