When you attempt to browse the Exchange Server system, the Exchange Agent object does not display in either the Backup Manager or Restore Manager window.
Solution
The Agent service is not running. Start the Universal Agent service. To restore Brick Level data that was backed up using Exchange Server 2003, you should also start the Arcserve Backup Agent RPC Server service.
