Arcserve Backup 使用自己的身份验证机制进行管理。在您安装 Arcserve Backup 时，它将创建名为“caroot”的默认用户。您可以使用 caroot 登录 Arcserve Backup 管理器控制台。

The caroot password can consist of any combination of alphanumeric and special characters, but may not exceed 15 bytes.总长度为 15 个字节的密码大约相当于 7 到 15 个字符。
Note:Arcserve Backup user names control access to only Arcserve Backup functions, and should not be confused with the operating system-required login name and password.
