“Writer 和组件”选项

“Writer 和组件”选项用于指定您希望 Arcserve Backup 如何处理 Writer 和组件。这些全局选项会影响所有 Writer，但具有 Writer 特定选项的除外。有关设置特定 Writer 选项的信息，请参阅“设置 Writer 选项”。

• Files included by a Writer will be excluded from file system backups:Select this option to prevent files that belong to a Component from being backed up by a traditional file system backup.该选项有下列优点：
  • 避免再次备份 VSS 已备份的文件。
  • 确保通过从传统备份中排除文件来处理较少的文件，从而仅需较短的时间即可完成传统备份。
  • 通过排除与必须作为一组来处理的文件（例如与 Writer 或数据库应用程序相关的文件）相关的问题，可以帮助实现成功备份。传统备份无法确保同时处理文件。
• Files excluded by a Writer will be excluded from file system backups:Select this option to prevent files that have been excluded from being backed up by a Component from being backed up by a traditional file system backup.该选项将从文件系统备份中排除与应用程序相关联且永远不应备份的文件（例如 Windows 页面文件）。每个 Writer 都知道与其相关的应用程序是否维护这些文件。选择该选项允许 Arcserve Backup 在执行传统备份时使用该信息。
• If a Component file fails to back up the Writer backup will terminate:Select this option to cancel the backup of a Writer if the backup of any of its Components fails.如果组件的一个或多个文件无法成功备份，则组件备份失败。该选项可确保备份的一致性，同时还可确保在认为备份成功完成之前，与某个 Writer 相关的所有文件均已备份，不管有多少组件与该 Writer 相关。
