Arcserve Backup Diagnostic Utility

The Arcserve Backup Diagnostic Wizard utility is a convenient tool for gathering and packaging various Arcserve Backup and system logs, which may be necessary for troubleshooting.

The diagnostic wizard collects information about the following Arcserve Backup agents.

• Agent for Informix
• Agent for Lotus Domino
• Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server
• Agent for Microsoft SharePoint Server
• Agent for Microsoft SQL Server
• Agent for Oracle
• Agent for Sybase
• Client Agent for Windows
• Network Attached Storage Agent (NDMP NAS Option)
• Universal Agent

Note: The diagnostic utility is installed default.
