Assign a Slot to a Library Group

To assign a slot to a library, perform the following procedure:

  1. From the Device menu, select Configure Groups.

    The Device Group Configuration dialog appears.

  2. In the Device Group Configuration dialog, select the slot from the Available Devices box.

    The Available Devices box lists all the slots that are not currently assigned to a group. From this list, select the one you want to assign to a group.

  3. From the Groups box, select the group to which you want to assign the slot.

    Highlight the name of the group.

  4. Click Assign.

    The slot is removed from the Available Devices box and placed in the Groups box, beneath the name of the group to which it has been assigned.

  5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 to assign more slots to groups.
  6. When finished, click OK.
