View the Activity Log

To view the Activity Log:

  1. Click Job Status on the Quick Access dialog.

    The Job Status Manager opens.

  2. Select the Activity Log tab.

    The Activity Log appears.

To print the Activity Log:

  1. (Optional) Select the records you want to print.
  2. If you only want to print selected records, highlight the first record that you want, press and hold down the Shift key while you select the remaining records.
  3. Click Print.

    You can also right-click your mouse, select your print options, and click OK.

To refresh the Activity Log:

  1. Click Refresh to update the information in the log without having to close the manager.
  2. You can then press the End key to move to the end of the log to see the latest information.

To delete the Activity Log:

To set Auto Prune Settings:

  1. Right-click the Activity Log and select Auto Prune Settings from the menu.
  2. Complete the Configure Auto-Pruning dialog.
  3. Click OK.
