Sintoma

Após executar a recuperação de falhas em um servidor que execute o Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, quando eu inicio o Citrix Presentation Server Console, recebo a mensagem de erro "Pass-though Authentication failed. Não foi possível contatar o serviço. Make sure the IMA service is installed and running." O que devo fazer?

Solução

Para efetuar logon no Citrix Presentation Server Console, inicie o serviço Independent Management Architecture (IMA).

Note: If the Citrix Presentation Server was installed using Microsoft SQL Server, you must restore all databases, including the master database before starting the IMA service.
