以 Arcserve Backup 將 Microsoft SQL Server 資料庫還原到主要伺服器時，如果執行的是 SQL Server 2008，您可能會收到 "Windows could not start the SQL Server" (Windows 無法啟動 SQL Server" 的錯誤。(This error does not affect SQL Server 2005 restore jobs.)This error is caused by the Network Service or Local Service accounts, which do not have access rights to the SQL log file on the Master.

有兩種方法可以避免這個問題：

• 在 Arcserve Replication and High Availability 中，將案例 [複製 ACL] 選項設為開啟。這麼做可確保主要 SQL 資料目錄的所有 ACL 資訊在復原後都可保留，允許執行 SQL 服務。
• In Arcserve Backup, manually add the following user account after recovery to the ACL of the SQL data directories on the Master:SQLServerMSSQLUser$Computer Name$Instance Name
