The Activity Log contains comprehensive information about the operations performed by Arcserve Backup. It provides an audit trail of all Arcserve Backup activity (including group activities) for every job that is run. You can scan this log every day to see if any errors have occurred. You can also use it to find out a session number in case you need to restore a specific session. The log is located on the upper right corner of the Job Status Manager.
