Uninstall the Agent

Use the following procedure to uninstall the agent.

To uninstall the <aof>

1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon.

   The Add or Remove Program dialog opens.

3. Select Arcserve Backup.

   The Arcserve Backup Remove Application window opens.

4. Select Arcserve Backup Agent for Open Files, and then click Next.

   Warning messages if any appear.

5. Click Next.
6. Select the Click this check box to confirm that you want to remove the specified components from your computer check box and then click Remove.

   The agent is uninstalled and the updated list of Arcserve Backup components available on your server appears.
