File groups stay open after backup has finished
Symptom
If you are performing an incremental or differential backup, some files are not backed up because they have not changed. If these files are in a group, the agent does not close the group because Arcserve Backup did not access all the files. This is not harmful, and the group closes automatically when the Group Inactivity Timeout expires.
Solution
To force the group to close, click Release in the <aof> Status dialog.
