Alert allows you to configure default settings for all applications that use the Alert Service. To manage these settings, under the Configuration category of the object list, select an item under the Default category.
You can also enter configuration information specifically for an individual application, which will override the default Alert configuration. Each application that uses Alert is displayed as a leaf on the left-hand function tree.
