The authentication setup command (authsetup) lets you initialize the Arcserve Backup authentication database on the primary server. You can also use this to set the password for caroot, create equivalences for the current operating system user on all primary and member servers of a Arcserve Backup domain, and to create equivalences for the Arcserve Backup System Account user on all primary and member servers of a Arcserve Backup domain.
