ORA-12223_ORA-12500

ORA-12223: TNS: internal limit restriction exceeded.

ORA-12500 TNS: listener failed to start a dedicated server process

Reason:

Too many Transparent Network Substrate (TNS) connections open simultaneously.

Action:

Split the backup job into multiple jobs, with each job containing several tablespaces. The first job must include the system tablespace and the last backup job must include the archive log and the control files.
