RAID Levels
The option offers three types of fault tolerance modes: RAID levels 0, 1, and 5. The different levels are each designed for a specific use:
- RAID 0--Data Striping
- RAID 1--Disk Mirroring
- RAID 5--Striping with Parity at byte level and Stripe Error Correction Information
Note: The RAID level for your installation depends on how you use your network.
