View the Activity Log
To view the Activity Log:
- Click Job Status on the Quick Access dialog.
The Job Status Manager opens.
- Select the Activity Log tab.
The Activity Log appears.
To print the Activity Log:
- (Optional) Select the records you want to print.
- If you only want to print selected records, highlight the first record that you want, press and hold down the Shift key while you select the remaining records.
- Click Print.
You can also right-click your mouse, select your print options, and click OK.
To refresh the Activity Log:
- Click Refresh to update the information in the log without having to close the manager.
- You can then press the End key to move to the end of the log to see the latest information.
To delete the Activity Log:
- Click Delete to delete all of the information from the Activity Log.
To search for a text string:
- Right-click the Activity Log and select Find from the menu.
To set Auto Prune Settings:
- Right-click the Activity Log and select Auto Prune Settings from the menu.
- Complete the Configure Auto-Pruning dialog.
- Click OK.
