How to Complete Prerequisite Tasks

Before installing the Enterprise Option for SAP HANA, complete the following tasks:

Verify that your system meets the minimum hardware and software requirements needed to the Enterprise Option for SAP HANA. For a list of requirements, see the Readme file.
Verify that the Arcserve Backup server component is installed in your system.
Verify that you have super user privileges.
Verify that the SAP HANA server component is installed on the computer where you will install the Enterprise Option for SAP HANA.
