How You Can Maintain a Tape RAID Media Set

All media in a RAID media set are subject to formatting, erasing, ejecting, and changing compression. For example, if you select Format, all media in the drives comprising the specified RAID device are formatted concurrently.

Note: To clean the drive, you must enable the hardware cleaning provided by the library.
